We are looking to hire coffee shop Associates/Baristas to contribute to our success by providing a uniquely southern experience to our customers. Responsibilities include providing customers with quality coffee, efficient service, maintain an organized and clean shop, all while displaying an attitude of helpful service. You will need: Customer Service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a desire to embrace the Southern Fuel Culture. 

Your Shop Duties: 

• Take. initiative and anticipate the needs of our customers and our store based on customer preferences, habits, and the store environment 
• Communicate productively with the team and management and contribute to a positive team environment and shop culture
• Assist in new team member training and acclimation
• Integrity and commitment to the Southern Fuel culture and mission of our coffee shop 
• Adheres to the Southern Fuel Coffee company's operational policies and procedures that include: cash handling, safety and health regulations
• Celebrate team and individual achievements, while reinforcing shop morale and the Southern Fuel Coffee culture

We are looking for A.M. and P.M. availability.

Location:  Inman, Boiling Springs, and Easley

• Openings 
• Closing
• Baristas
• Food Prep and Delivery 

Requirements: 

• 16+ Years Old 
• 1+ years experience with Customer Service 
• Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desired 
• Ability to learn espresso/brewing equipment and techniques
